**The work schedule for this position is Weekend 1st shift Saturday, Sunday, 1 additional day through the week from 7am to 7pm.
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (DUTIES) OF THE JOB: |

| CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE: (FOR THIS JOB SPECIFICALLY) |
|
- Cut tie bar (CTB) per pro
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Three (3) months' on-the-job training to fulfill introductory period
- Six (6) months' experience to be eligible for certified operator status
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Mental and visual attention
- Perform to productivity and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
