Responsibilities
The Inventory Supervisor maintains a high level of inventory accuracy and product integrity by monitoring and counting inventory levels and product movement and researching and correcting discrepancies. The Inventory Supervisor tracks inventory, including consignment inventory. Reporting inventory levels and issues to management, looking for any discrepancy with inventory, and creating reports that show available inventory or issues with inventory counts. Develop and sustain policies to ensure efficient inventory control,
- Oversee inventory control.
- Inspect & cycle count inventory, maintaining inventory records.
- Track and document changes in inventory.
- Perform cycle counts or check different sections of inventory on a rotating basis.
- Reconcile discrepancies.
- Use our ERP system to communicate inventory information with other business units.
- Ensure proper labeling.
- Lead annual physical inventory.
- Ability to supervise 1-2 direct reports
Qualifications
EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, computer science or 5 years' experience in Inventory Management.
