Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, including expertise in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining complex EBS solutions. This individual will play a key role in supporting our organization's Oracle application deployments, ensuring their functionality aligns with business needs, and driving continuous improvement across multiple modules. As an Oracle EBS Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that support enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a manufacturing environment, including setup, configuration, and testing of core modules.
Configure Oracle EBS applications to support manufacturing and business processes, such as supply chain, inventory management, production planning, and financials.
Establish system integration design between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, and third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective use of Oracle EBS tools and modules.
Establish and / or enhance system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders on Oracle EBS functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, including implementation, customization, and support, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Tax, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain Management,).

Proven experience in the deployment and configuration of Oracle EBS in a manufacturing environment, including system setup, testing, and go-live support.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Oracle EBS.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.

Clear and effective communicator, capable of articulating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Technical Requirements :

Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS architecture, setup, configuration, and customization.

Working knowledge of Oracle SQL.

Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and Web ADI.

Knowledge of EBS security, user roles, and access management best practices.

Familiarity with Oracle databases, application servers, and integration technologies.

Understanding of automation tools for deployment and testing within Oracle EBS (e.g., Oracle Application Testing Suite, Tricentis, etc.).

Experience with Change Management software (PPM)

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, healthcare, finance, government) is a plus.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Fusion applications.

Familiarity with Oracle EBS upgrade processes and version migrations.

Certifications in Oracle EBS (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite R12 certifications).

Salary range : $130k-$160k / year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and / or location).

Expected travel is less than 5% in this role.

Role has a hybrid work schedule : 3 days in the office 2 days remote.
