Position Overview:
The Accounting Integration Lead will play a key role in the successful integration of accounting functions during mergers, acquisitions, or other business changes. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of financial processes, systems, and reporting. The role will involve overseeing the development and execution of integration plans, ensuring consistency with corporate accounting policies, and managing the transition to the company's accounting systems and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience leading or managing accounting system integrations, M&A activities, or financial data migrations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Experience with data migration and systems integration is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of business processes and internal controls in a corporate setting.
Salary : $120,000 - $165,000
