Our client is global company that primarily specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality chemicals. The company has a significant international presence with operations in several countries and a strong emphasis on research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Business Development and Technical departments.
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain business development templates and tools for team use.
- Assist with business development projects, ensuring tasks and milestones are tracked.
- Facilitate and plan conferences, team meetings, and other events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare materials for business development initiatives.
- Support project tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Support product quality management for process oils and waxes.
- Manage regional product data and documentation, including technical data sheets, customer quality requirements, and quality reporting.
- Handle supply and product sample management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in a similar role or related technical field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1).
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is ideal.
- Ability to quickly learn industry-specific processes, products, and application.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
