What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller - Construction position at Hoxton Circle?
We're partnering with a construction and engineering services company on a search for an Assistant Controller. This role will be heavily involved in ongoing improvement initiatives around accounting and reporting processes.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead and develop a small team, be responsible for providing and evaluating analysis for strategic planning, advise management on financial objectives and actions, and liaise with external parties for audit activities.
This role is based in-office full time.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Construction industry experience required
- Natural leader who can mentor and develop staff
- Willingness to work 5 days per week in-office
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
