Our client is a Group of companies, based in Irving, TX, with a complex structure of investments, operations and subsidiaries which has grown a lot over the past few years. They manage a broad range of businesses across Investment Management, Industrials, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology.
Overview of the Role:
- The Chief of Staff is responsible for overseeing the technology strategy and functional alignment with the firm’s portfolio companies.
- You will lead a variety of technology project portfolio, agile methodologies and performance reporting for the organization.
- Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, the IT leadership team, and the business stakeholders to ensure that the technology function delivers value, efficiency, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in technology management, business management, CAO/COO, project management, change/transformation, strategy, or management consulting roles.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering complex technology projects and programs.
- Strong knowledge and experience in technology strategy, governance, architecture, and innovation.
- Expertise in change management, agile methodologies, and performance reporting.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
