We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and manage accounts payable & receivable transactions following GAAP standards
- Review sales orders, generate invoices, and ensure proper documentation for timely billing
- Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure prompt payments
- Prepare weekly check disbursements for vendor payments
- Maintain an organized filing and reconciliation system for financial records
- Reconcile accounts, including employee expense accounts and credit card statements
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with financial reporting and special projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Associate degree in Business or Accounting (or 3-4 years of relevant experience)
- Experience with Oracle (preferred) and strong proficiency in financial systems
- Background in finance, accounting, and reporting
- Ability to interpret customer orders and contracts to ensure accurate financial processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
