What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Hoxton Circle?

Responsibilties include:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements
- Support A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.
- Manage the accounting team
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Implement and maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions and financial processes.
- Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
Requirements
- CPA
- Big 4 or top 10 accounting firm background
- NetSuite experience
- Experience working at a PE portfolio company - nice to have
