This individual will play a key role in managing the company’s funding strategies, liquidity, and financial risk management while supporting M&A activities.
Position Overview:
The Corporate Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s funding and liquidity strategies, ensuring adequate working capital, and optimizing the company’s capital structure. In addition, this role will support M&A activities, providing critical treasury input during deal structuring, financing, and integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate treasury, funding strategies, liquidity management, and experience working on M&A transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on funding, liquidity management, and capital structure optimization.
- Experience supporting M&A transactions from a treasury perspective, including deal structuring, financing, and post-deal integration.
- Strong understanding of treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, debt management, and financial risk management.
- Experience with capital markets, including debt financing, credit facilities, and capital raising strategies.
- Knowledge of M&A processes, including financing strategies, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Salary : $220,000 - $270,000
