A PE-owned IT Services organization is seeking a Deputy CFO to join their team - this is a newly created role!
In this position you will report to the CFO and manage a Controller and FP&A Manager -- you'll be responsible for financial strategy, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial strategy and execution
- Optimizing financial systems and automation to drive efficiencies
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Private Equity and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- IB or PE experience
- Experience in a leadership position at a PE portfolio company
- Successful exit experience
