We're partnering with a well-established and growing company on a search for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
This role will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the planning process, building and developing complex financial models, and being a key business partner to support strategic decision-making across the company.
You'll develop comprehensive board decks, report to the Private Equity ownership group, and support the integration of newly acquired entities.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in growth-oriented environments
- Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to use finance to drive business conversations
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) integration experience is preferred
- Experience managing high-performing teams is required
- SaaS and/or product-based industry experience is essential
