Director of Finance

Responsibilities:
- Own financial models, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Manage monthly close and ensure timely, accurate financials.
- Provide strategic insights through forecasting and data analysis.
- Prepare and present quarterly board reports.
- Support equity/debt fundraising and lender relationships.
- Oversee P&L analysis, cash flow, and contribution margins.
- Lead accounting team and third-party engagements.
- Manage HR processes, payroll, and business insurance.
Qualifications:
- 8 years in finance or accounting roles.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Expertise in financial modeling, systems, and controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPG industry experience.
