Finance Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, with a focus on compensation modeling, financial reporting, and strategic support. This role requires a strong grasp of financial principles, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (50%): Develop forecasts, budgets, and business-case analyses; model compensation scenarios; assess profitability impacts.
• Billing & Payroll Support (25%): Handle month-end reconciliations, calculate bonuses/commissions, and oversee billing processes.
• Internal Support (10%): Manage compensation agreements, enforce policies, and resolve inquiries.
• Reporting (10%): Prepare Board presentations, weekly revenue updates, and reports for the parent company.
• Compliance & Policy Development (5%): Ensure adherence to financial regulations, maintain controls, and contribute to policy creation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in FP&A, preferably within staffing or sales-focused industries; expertise in financial modeling.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, analytical problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Systems: Experience with PeopleSoft (GL), Hyperion, or equivalent ERP systems preferred.

Compensation:

• $120,000 - $130,000 base
  

Location:

• Hybrid: 3 days a week in-office
