Your Daily Impact:
- Process 200-300 transactions monthly
- Accurately input financial data into the accounting system
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper documentation
- Calculate and submit commission payments for payroll processing
- Reconcile financial records related to sales, receivables, and deposits
- Maintain clear communication with management, sales teams, and department heads
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in dealership accounting or administration
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting processes
- Proficiency in Management Systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting
