A growing agricultural company is adding a HR Director to the team. This position will report directly to the CFO and oversee a team of 3. Key Responsibilities:
- Consults and advises Branch leadership on a variety of sensitive personnel matters.
- Oversee performance management processes
- Oversee learning and development and enhance training and career planning.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, career planning, and compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems; familiarity with Paycom highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing change and driving organizational effectiveness.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
