About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to lead FP&A and revenue operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can guide the team while actively contributing to key initiatives.
With core processes already in place, the focus will be on refining workflows, strengthening accounting partnerships to accelerate financial close, and shifting toward a more forward-thinking, strategic approach. As the company prioritizes enterprise business expansion, this role will play a pivotal part in evaluating ROI and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Provide both strategic direction and hands-on support, balancing leadership with execution.
- Partner with accounting to streamline financial close processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze enterprise business investments, delivering insights to optimize ROI and support growth strategies.
- Build and refine financial models to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare executive reports, Board presentations, and investor communications.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance profitability, efficiency, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure alignment on financial priorities and business objectives.

Salary : $165,000 - $200,000
