What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Hoxton Circle?
A luxury e-Commerce retailer that’s experienced significant growth over the past few years is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Accountant. This is an ideal role for those who are excited by the idea of building and helping to improve an accounting function. The team currently operates in a very manual fashion, and is looking to implement new processes, roll out new technology and reporting. The ideal candidate will have in-house experience in consumer, eCommerce, luxury goods or retail, and with a public accounting start.
Note this role requires you to work 3 days a week in office.
Ideal Profile:
- 3-7 years progressive Accounting experience, including exposure to SOX
- Public/private backgrounds required; will consider straight public if clients were publicly traded
- Highly preferred to have or be actively pursuing CPA
