What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Billing Associate - Consumer Tech position at Hoxton Circle?
We're partnering with an exciting and mission driven consumer tech company on a search for a Senior Billing Associate. This will be a longer term contract position (immediate start date), likely running until the end of the year, with a possibility to become permanent.
Reporting to the Controller, you'll play a key role in all billing activities, including communicating with customers and working cross-functionally with other teams, as well as supporting some areas of corporate accounting. Additionally, there will be ongoing opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation, and the team is really looking for someone who's interested in driving some of those initiatives.
This role is based in NYC and will be in-office between 1-3 days per week. The company has a highly collegial and collaborative culture and a team very much invested in the mission.
Desired experience and attributes:
- 2 years of billing experience, preferably from a high volume billing environment
- SaaS or subscription-based industry experience preferred
- Bonus points for Salesforce experience
- Enthusiasm about streamlining and automating manual processes
- Self starter, detail oriented, professional communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Salary : $35 - $50
