Job Duties:
- Resolve member inquiries
- Work closely with the Sales and Member Success teams to assist with internal billing requests
- Research payment and billing discrepancies
- Review contracts to ensure accurate billing
- Record payments
- Lead payment collection efforts
Requirements:
- Experience in high volume billing, preferably in the subscription/membership space
- Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
