The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR needs and objectives, ensuring HR strategies align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development to enhance team performance and capabilities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, offering coaching, conflict resolution, and mediation when necessary to foster a positive work environment.
- Support talent acquisition by developing recruitment strategies, participating in interviews, and ensuring top talent is identified and retained.
- Provide leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, managing any risk related to HR issues.
- Collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, implementing programs to improve organizational culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and benefits offerings, to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of human resource experience with at least two years in a business partnership role.
- Proven experience supervising and developing HR staff, with strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in change management and leading organizational transformation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
