As a Strategic Finance Director, you will:
- Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and track key variances.
- Prepare materials for executive team meetings, including board decks and investor updates.
- Support valuation, M&A, and partnership processes.
- Complete ad-hoc projects that drive decision-making and capital allocation.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of progressive experience in a financial modelling-driven, analytical role (banking, mgmt consulting, PE, FP&A)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in a private equity-backed business is a plus.
- Empathetic personality and a low-ego leader
