- Learn the new RFP platform, Responsive, to ensure effective usage and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the Responsive team to set up the platform structure according to organizational needs.
- Set up user roles within the platform to manage access and permissions efficiently.
- Import previous RFPs into the platform, ensuring accurate data transfer and consistency.
- Batch similar answers to streamline and optimize the response process.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to send out questions, review responses, and make necessary edits in English.
- Transition more than 50 existing Articulate courses into Spanish to ensure accessibility for Spanish-speaking users of our LMS system.
- Translate marketing and technical materials for five product portfolios into Spanish to support global outreach on our online customer library.
- Create a customer specific online learning and resource program in Spanish utilizing Articulate and our LMS system.
- Preferred pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, English or Communications.
- Bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Preferred experience in content creation, proofreading, and editing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new marketing software.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across different departments.
- Ability to read and write in Mexican Spanish, with the capability to review and adjust AI-generated translations.
- Preferred experience with InDesign, though not required.
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Gain valuable experience through the RFP Project, assisting with content transition, material management, and supporting communication efforts.
- Involvement in the Spanish Materials and Trainings project, translating and adapting marketing, training, and product materials into Spanish, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Work on content creation, proofreading, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
