- Assist in analyzing and improving existing operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the team in coordinating and monitoring the flow of goods, services, and information across various departments.
- Help manage inventory and track operational metrics to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on operational performance, including KPIs and other relevant data.
- Conduct research to identify best practices, trends, and tools that could improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Assist in managing operational projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operations management tools or software is a plus.
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
