What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk Wrap/Ship position at Hoya?
Primary Duties
- Clean lenses with lens cleaner, Isopropyl Alcohol, and/or Ink Remover and inspect lenses for scratches or any visual defects
- Place appropriate literature in tray
- Log daily/hourly production numbers
- Scan work tickets to produce billing invoice
- Wrap final product and prepare for shipment to customers
- Stock supplies and participate in 5S
- Cross-Train and help when needed and as directed by Supervisor, Production Manager, or General Manager
