Hoyle Tanner has an immediate full-time, year-round position for a Survey Project Manager in our Concord, NH location. In this role you will :
- Provide project management, including management of budget, scope and schedule for small, moderate and large land survey projects
- Provide management of project staff and clients
- Be responsible for performance and / or oversight of surveying calculations
- Perform analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans and other pertinent documents for the project
- Review and certify work that staff has completed with a high-level of precision and accuracy
- Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
- Oversee coordination of field crews and Survey Technicians
- Perform field checks and manage quality control
- Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment
- Have the ability to perform “field to finish” land surveying
