Our receptionists provide that very important first impression because they are the first staff member to greet all of our guests and visitors at the front door. They are key communicators in our facilities and are important in providing clerical support to our administration teams. This position is also responsible for providing a variety of administrative and clerical support.
You will earn: :

We can work with your scheduling needs::
- Part Time - 12 hour shifts
- No Late Nights!
- All scheduled shifts include rotating weekends
How you will help people every day::
- Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors both in-person or over the phone.
- Answer phones in a professional manner and route callers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
- Update facility phone listing, as needed.
- Distribute mail on a daily basis.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative and clerical support to other departments as needed.
- You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team::
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Good communication skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and all facility personnel.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service focus, with a kind and caring demeanor and ability to demonstrate compassion in a long-term care environment.
