Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.
- Utilize LMN to track account activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Generate field measurement estimates, develop proposals with in target GM and net profit margins.
- Conduct weekly meetings and site audits with customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or related fields, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on analyzing market trends.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Landscape and plant knowledge
