Office Assistant
Department: Office Staff
Position: Non-Exempt/ Full-time

SUMMARY: The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the office staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer Phone Calls
- Greeting Visitors
- Mail and Package Management
- Data Entry
- Document Handling
- Basic Administrative Tasks
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to anticipate needs and be self-directed
- Detail Oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS
Traditional office environment, Monday through Friday.
