Job Summary
The Advance Compute Solutions Category Finance team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead all finance-related aspects of the Americas Workstations and Retail Point of Sale businesses. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the NA and LA BPS financial analysts and the central WW ACS team to drive profitability and revenue growth strategies for Advance Compute Solutions, with a specific focus on the AMS region.
Key responsibilities include identifying Advance Compute Solutions growth drivers, conducting in-depth performance analyses across all aspects of the profit & loss -from revenue to OOP-and assessing the competitive landscape. The role requires a strategic thinker who can provide actionable insights to support business decisions and accelerate Advance Compute Solutions growth in the region
Responsibilities
- Manages and leads financial aspects of assigned workstations and retail point of sale segment.
- End-to-end P&L management; P&L results analysis for ACS (variances vs forecast and narratives) for Revenue and GM. Forecasting models : flash, annual budget, outlook
- Produce profitability reports by business, and / or product segment to drive improvements.
- Works with SC, CO finance and other teams to understand and drive forecast accuracy of AMS region
- Competition analysis for ACS AMS
- Identifies and addresses potential risks within the Theater, and influences for mitigation strategies.
- Ensures adherence to organization's policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the category management function.
- Evaluates and optimizes category strategies and processes to stay competitive in the market.

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
