Job Summary

As an Alliances Product Manager for Headsets, you will collaborate with alliance partners to certify devices, manage relationships, and facilitate growth. You will represent the needs of alliance partners and translate them into product requirements. Additionally, you will work with the product core team to assess alliance partner requirements and closely coordinate with project and engineering teams to develop an actionable roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Managing Alliance Relationships : Develop and nurture strategic alliances with key partners, ensuring that these relationships are mutually beneficial and aligned with our overall company strategy. This includes establishing clear communication channels, setting joint objectives, and coordinating collaborative efforts. You will act as the primary liaison, fostering trust and collaboration, and ensuring that both parties are committed to achieving shared goals. Through these alliances, identify opportunities for innovation, market expansion, and enhanced customer value.
- Strategic Roadmap Development : Collaborate with alliance partners to define and maintain a mutually beneficial strategic roadmap. This involves establishing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with the overall company strategy and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, support, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of the alliance partner needs. You will be a master of influence, providing expertise and aligning teams around a shared vision and driving consensus.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous optimization.
- Product Evangelist : Serve as a passionate advocate for our B2B headset products, both internally and externally. Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to alliance partners.
- Leadership : Influence, Lead, and Mentor a high-performing product development team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession.

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
