Description -
Summary
The Benefits Advisor will work with employees, employee's family members, managers, and HR Professionals with Benefits programs and processes. Collaborate with the benefits team, vendors, IT, and payroll to implement high-quality programs, continuously improve processes, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Assist with annual enrollment projects and produce detailed analyses and reports using Workday and other databases.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- 7-10 years of vendor management experience, preferably with third-party benefits administrators
- 7-10 years supporting employee requests and escalations related to benefits
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, payroll administration, and ERISA plan compliance work strong preferred
- Experience with Canadian benefits preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Responsibilities
The base pay range for this role is $97,800 to $139,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
