Job Summary
- This role is responsible for leading comprehensive management of the lead lifecycle, including acquisition, nurturing, scoring, and handoff to the sales team. The role applies advanced design and execution of multi-channel nurture flows to guide prospects through various customer journey touchpoints. The role also includes defining segmentation criteria, leading testing strategies, ensuring legal compliance, and providing leadership on complex projects while mentoring lower-level employees.
Responsibilities
Leads management of the lead lifecycle, including lead acquisition, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead handoff to the sales team.Applies mastery design, assembly, and execution of state-of-the-art multi-channel nurture flows to progress prospects through customer journey touchpoints.Identifies and develops strategy for relevant buying journeys and data attributes to drive effective segmentation and targeting strategies.Contributes to developing strategy for the planning, development and execution of segmented nurture streams and transitions based on prospect behavior and other critical objectives.Leads definition of segmentation criteria by behavior and profile data to manage audience lists for the different buyer personas.Heads multi-variable testing strategy on lead nurturing strategies and consults with marketing and content teams to identify new tactics that can be used for our nurture programs.Ensures compliance with legal and security governance practices related to customer consent.Contributes innovative ideas and leads large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in CRM, testing and optimization strategy, or a related field.Preferred Certifications
