Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing personalized solutions for projects, programs, or operational needs, customizing them to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements through consultative approaches. The role collaborates with the team on various architectural activities, including workflow analysis and business process management, while also documenting intricate details on deployment, configuration, and end-to-end cloud governance to foster clarity in operations. The role leads moderate to high complexity projects, working towards enhancing the profession at both local and regional levels. The role also engages in the evaluation of technical implications to minimize risks and solving complex problems creatively and independently.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand practice offerings, capabilities, and solutions of the competency area.
- Ability to execute practice offerings professionally and on time.
- Actively participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, discussions, workshops, and presentations using consultative approaches.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions / best practices.
- Designs innovative, customized, and reusable solutions, and where required can manage the work of different specialists including partners and third parties - contributing to the design and implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, fostering clarity and streamlined management.
- Perform workflow analysis and business process management to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Defines and implements architectural governance at the program and enterprise or operational scope, including end-to-end cloud governance.
- Collaborates with the team on activities related to operational, integration, or application architecture, including requirements, design, implementation, and ongoing operations.
- Captures and distributes architectural intellectual property at the level of components.
- Contributes to the professional community within Professional Services and enhances the profession at both local and regional levels.
- Evaluates the technical implications of various technologies and strategies as well as identifies and mitigates technical or operational risks.
- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
- Provides essential review and input on project activities for large enterprise or global level projects.
- Collaborates and coordinates with internal and external partners to improve systems, processes, and procedures.
- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written design documents, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing- Provides continuous feedback to stakeholders as input for improvements. Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to HP knowledge. Updates and improves standard service architect methodologies based on learning and customer requirements / feedback.

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
