- Create and then maintain and upgrade the business planning & operation infrastructure.
- Manage the definition & execution of the business planning tools roadmap.
- Make sure of good technical foundations & business integration within the BMS infrastructure and more widely across the overall PS organization & IT tools. Interface with PMO& DTO org.
- Embrace AI & latest technologies to design top performance tool, simple, powerful & easy to use, very nice looking with the goal to provide better / faster business decisions making.
- Think customer first. Any solution should be designed and satisfy our top customers first : top management, division leads & markets.

Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
The base pay range for this role is $110,050 - $166,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
