Job Summary
- This role is responsible for the design of end-to-end technology solutions necessary to support the business strategy and objectives. The role develops innovative technology solutions that enable strategic initiatives to scale the business efficiently. The role has strong focus on software development and operational excellence using Agile and lean practices to create market differentiated solutions. The role manages the departmental budget, set goals / KPIs for the team and is responsible for performance management of direct reports.
