Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution.
- Schedule projects effectively, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage project estimating processes to maintain budgetary constraints while achieving project goals.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Skills
- Proficiency in using construction management software, including ProCore.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience with tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a proven track record in leading teams effectively.
- Ability to perform quality control checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics for various construction projects.
