Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance specialist to join our team at HP Preservation Service LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including lawn maintenance, debris/junk removal, lock changes, initial services and general/minor household repairs.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring properties are well-maintained through regular lawn care
• Removing debris and junk from properties to maintain safety and appearance
• Providing secure access to properties through lock changes
• Offering initial services including sales clean to clients
• Boarding properties to prevent damage and unwanted occupation
• Conducting general/minor household repairs to maintain properties

To succeed, you must have experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks, own transportation, meet client deadlines and possess necessary equipment.
