Job Opportunity
We are seeking property maintenance or preservation vendors to provide services in the following counties of WV: Fayette, Greenbrier, Lincoln, Logan, Mcdowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Randolph, Summers, Wayne, Webster, and Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris/Junk removal
- Lock Changes
- Initial Services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- General/Minor household repairs
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks (or willingness to get trained)
- Own transportation
- Ability to meet client deadlines
- Necessary equipment
