Job Responsibilities
- Conduct rig up, rig down, and equipment operation and maintenance as directed by supervisory personnel.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations associated with well services.
- Connect pumps and hoses, assemble equipment, and monitor control panels affecting pumping operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment.
- Fulfill other related duties as required.
Educational and Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Possession of a CDL, Class A license or permit, including hazmat and tanker endorsements. CDL testing completion within 90 days of hire date or training extension with district or division manager review.
- Maintain a Class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements in good standing.
- Full compliance with Safety Training and other provided training.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating well service activities with crew members and supervisory staff.
- Willingness to travel to job locations as required.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Capable of working independently and as a team member.
Mental and Physical Requirements:
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
- Ability to position equipment, rig up in accordance with company location safety standards.
- Stand for extended hours during well services.
- Perform frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and various physical demands.
- Exhibit gripping, reaching, hand dexterity, and equipment operation skills.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
- Adaptability to work under extreme or demanding conditions.
- Capability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Strong visual and auditory acuity to follow well service activities.
- Climbing ability in a safe manner with proper safety equipment.
- Use common protective or safety equipment, including Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection, and Hard Hats.
- Minimum 40 hours per week with frequent overtime based on workload demands.
- (24) twenty-four hours availability, (7) seven days a week when workload demands, with time off scheduled per current workload and staff availability.
