Duties
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings using Outlook Calendar.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in proofreading documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail is essential for data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is advantageous.
