Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
