PURPOSE / GOALS :
To serve and protect our community, clients and their guests
Prevent and deter criminal activity
Identify vulnerabilities and minimize loss to clients and their guests
Provide exceptional customer service to all those we serve
Help to maintain a safe and secure environment
Respond to emergencies and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises
JOB OVERVIEW :
Using the company vehicle, ensure multiple client sites are secured, free of trespassing, criminal activity, and disturbances
Accomplish specific assignments and patrol tours, by understanding and complying with detailed verbal and written instructions
Complete a comprehensive report for each job site outlining brief details of patrol stop
Perform back up assistance as needed at another job site
Exercise reasonable care and attention when handling organizational assets to prevent loss or damage
REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma / GED
At least 21 years old at time of hire
Have and maintain a Washington Driver's License
Maintain quality performance, attendance, and a professional appearance
Obtain and maintain your personal Liability Insurance
Good driving record; no serious infractions in the past 5 years, have had drivers license for minimum 3 years
Background check
Drug testing upon hire
Security Guard Experience
Customer Service Experience
Utilize personal smartphone to complete electronic processes
Comply with the confidentiality policy as it relates to the release or disclosure of organizational information
Maintain a current Guard Card
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Familiar with technology, apps, and software applications
Appropriately respond to incidents and make decisions under stress / duress
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
