AM/ PM Security

We are seeking reliable and observant individuals to fill the roles of an AM Security and PM Security. These positions require individuals to monitor the building, maintain a safe environment, and ensure that all employees adhere to security protocols. The role involves surveillance, logging of personnel activity, and managing the flow of people and materials in and out of the building.

The ideal candidates will be bilingual, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain vigilant during their shifts. No security license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual surveillance of employees as they enter and exit the building to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Observe employee patterns and report any repetitive or suspicious behaviors.
• Monitor the main entrance and exit points to ensure no unauthorized bags or materials are brought into or taken out of the building.
• Maintain accurate logs of employee sign-ins and sign-outs, ensuring all personnel are properly accounted for.
• Record and document any complaints or concerns raised by employees, ensuring they are reported to the appropriate parties.
• Ensure that security procedures are being followed, and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide bilingual assistance as needed to both English and Spanish speaking employees.
• Perform regular walk-throughs of the premises to assess security conditions.
• Report any security-related incidents or potential hazards to management.
• Assist with special security assignments or events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish).
• No prior security license or experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling issues or incidents.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
