- Production Associate Role
As a Cannabis Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of all products within HPI’s portfolio. HPI creates products across all category types, including but not limited to: packaged cannabis flower, pre-rolls, blunts, vaporized products, infusions, candies, gummies, chocolates and concentrates. The packaging and case-packing of all products according to Quality Control standards are also a large function of the role.
Both accuracy and speed are incredibly important aspects of this position. Products are created per Standard Operating Procedures, which will be shared and explained by shift supervisors. Leadership will provide direction and training on how to best achieve efficiencies while performing the functions of the Cannabis Production Associate. Attention to detail and accuracy when counting products is essential.

- Responsibilities:
- Cannabis Flower Packaging
- Packaging cannabis flower into various consumer-ready form factors.
- Ensure proper weights and final product counts for all product created.
- Cannabis Product Manufacturing
- Manufacture cannabis products such as pre-rolls, blunts, vapes, edibles, etc. with precision and speed, per SOPs and instruction by departmental management.
- Operate processing equipment (i.e., labeling machines) under proper supervision.
- Maintain accurate counts of all products being produced.
- Product Packaging
- Package all manufactured products per specifications, with attention to quality control.
- Ability to accurately produce and provide product counts during production as well as during case packing.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Floor
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) whenever present on the manufacturing floor.
- Assist in keeping the production floor clean and tidy; assist in housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with Generalized Production Tasks
- Willingness to assist with general workplace duties and tasks as they arise.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
