Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting, and AP/AR records using QuickBooks
- Maintain Sales Tax, Licenses, Personnel files, and Payroll.
- Reconcile accounts, enter deposits, and generate accurate, timely financial reports
- Maintain Pricing and Inventory list
- General filing and clerical duties as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Management Team as necessary
- Oversee e-commerce pricing and compliance
- Design and implement procedures and technology to improve profitability and organizational growth
- Resolve vendor and compliance issues
Requirements:
This position requires professional and friendly communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Highly proficient with QuickBooks and computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite - Excel and Word)
- Previous experience maintaining accounting & AP/AR records
- Previous experience working in a professional office environment
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to multi-task and pay attention to detail
