The expected pay range for an Administration Support Specialist in Hilo :
- Administration Support Specialist I : $18.00 per hour
HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Administration Support Specialist to effectively manage the workflow of the branch by supporting their daily functions and critical operating administrative functions.
This individual is responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the branch.
The typical schedule for this Administration Support Specialist position is a bi-weekly rotation between the opening and closing shifts :
Monday - Friday
Opening shift : 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm / Closing shift : 9 : 30 am-6 : 00 pm
Some overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience is highly preferred
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- Previous cash management and reporting of financial data is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems is desired
