HPM Building Supply is hiring a Branch Manager in Lawai for our Kauai team. The Branch Manager leads the day-to-day operations of an entire branch, ensuring a top-of-class customer experience. This individual recruits, coaches, trains, onboards, and motivates a team of direct reports. The Branch Manager ensures customer, owner, and financial targets are met while continuously evaluating and improving operations. Whether it be making sure a delivery gets to a jobsite on time or coordinating the repairs of an air conditioning unit in the facility, the Branch Manager ensures the job at hand is completed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five years of previous supervisory/management experience is required.
- Requires strong leadership skills, including ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, encourage teamwork and coach optimum performance.
- Intermediate computer skills are required, including effective use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and various enterprise applications.
- Previous experience in building materials industry is preferred.
- College degree in related field preferred but not required.
