HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Superintendent for our HalePlus division. HalePlus is a new and affordable housing solution manufactured in Hawaii to meet the needs of our communities. The Construction Superintendent masterfully directs the construction of these factory-built homes by coordinating and facilitating the in-factory work with our manufacturing team and sub-contractors, while keeping to quality control standards and ensuring on-time delivery to our customers.
The typical schedule for this Construction Superintendent position:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Some weekend work may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous construction experience is required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
