Duties

- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information or directing inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in grocery stores or similar settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain store standards.
